1. Meet Mr. Hiroshi
KOIKE!
Artistic director of Pappa Tarahumara, KOIKE is
distinguished for his creative interfusion of performer,
music, props, scenery, lighting and costume into
his choreographic works. Currently, director of
Koike Hiroshi Performing Arts Institute/ Tsukuba
Cultural Foundation & chairman of The Asian
Performing Artists Forum.
2. Meet Mr. Tero
Saarinen!
What made Carolyn Carson, Jorma Uotinen and Marray
Louis choreograph for him? Why did Batsheva Dance
Company, Gulbenkian Ballet and Lyon Opera Ballet
invite him to choreograph for them Let's figure
them out with himself, one of the leaders of Finnish
contemporary dance.

Petronio!
He is never afraid to be bold to reflect his interest
in such concerns as pop culture and issues of
sex and gender.
4. Meet Mr. Daniel
Larrieu!
A striking figure of French contemporary dance,
Daniel Larrieu makes his way through the adventure
of dance with its experimentations, its challenges,
and its odd locations.
5. Meet Mr. Wayne
McGregor!
Provocative choreographic talents: radical approach
to new technology; all the works for ballet companies
and for television; site specific installations
at the Hayward Gallery, Canary Wharf and the Pompidou
Center; and increasingly wide range of music from
Percel to club music.
